It's late August and for Eastside High School that means it's time for school to go back in session. For the past two months, Eastside High has been the main story on news stations all across America. In just those two months they went from the typical American school to a very famous school. And why the sudden change, you ask?
Well, just two months ago a plane went down in the Atlantic Ocean on its way to Lundy Island. Flight TNW 34. And, on that plane were over forty of Eastside High's students. They were stranded on a deserted island that no one had lived on for as long as anyone could remember. Most people had completely no idea this island even existed. Somehow, though, the students managed to pull through it together. And, when the students were found exactly two months after their plane went down, American media made the biggest deal out of it. And, rightfully so. The students all somehow managed to stay alive, build a shelter and rely on nothing but each other. It was the ultimate test and the media loved the story.
The teens were flown home immediately after being found. They were returned to their families and, for the most part, went back to living life as they had before the accident. The only difference was that many of them had new friends, crushes, and rivals. They got to know their peers a lot better than they'd ever wanted to. It was a definite eye opener.
Now, two weeks after the group arrived back in New York City, school is back in session. Eastside High has eliminated many field trips after this scare and has become more strict with their policies. With school back in session and now that they're safe, the students are kind of annoyed by this. But, that's just life. Anyone that didn't go on the trip to 'Lundy' seems to be treating the kids that did differently. Everything seems to be changing.
There's new relationships, new rivalries, new friendships, and a whole lot more drama. The question is... can you handle it? No one really knows what'll happen
After the Storm. [/center]
