Chase is one of those people that everyone knows and likes. He’s a great athlete and even better friend. You can trust this boy with anything. He’s also a great person to vent your feelings too because he does seem like he understands unlike most other boys who just pretend they’re listening. Chase will do anything in his power to help anyone who needs his support. He has a very gentle and caring nature and just wants everyone to be happy. Chase is honest, loyal, and a complete gentleman.
Chase is an incredible athlete. He isn’t however one of those dumb jocks. Actually, Chase has some of the best grades in his class! Being smart and athletic does pose a problem in Chase’s eyes, however. It’s not that he doesn’t like getting good grades; he just doesn’t like to let his buddies know about it. They completely wouldn’t understand. Sports aren’t everything, but they are to chase’s friends. Chase is very dedicated to his school work he just doesn’t want everyone to think he’s a geek. If one of his friends do sneak a glance at a test of his and say anything about the stupendous grade marked at the top Chase always has an excuse ready, “There must be a mistake,” or “I guess I’m just lucky.”

father: Joseph Parker, 38, Navy Captain
siblings: Mary Parker, 12, student
extended family: Charles Parker, grandfather, 75 years, retired Navy Captain
pets:
Tango; African Grey Parrot; 22 years
nationality:German and British
birthplace: Dallas, TX
history:
Chase’s parents met while in college. After two years of dating while in college Joseph popped the question and they got married. Soon after they moved to Dallas so that Joseph could continue training to follow in his father’s footsteps and become a Navy Captain. Once he got his diploma they decided to have their first child. Chase Joseph Parker was born on October 23 the following year.
Since day one, Chase was born into an Army household. His father was very tough on him and expected him to behave himself. Maybe that’s why Chase turned out to be such a good kid? Anyways, soon after Chase turned three the Parkers’ were relocated to Miami, FL. After living in the sunshine state for six months they were relocated again. However, this time the move was a little farther. They landed in Germany and spent the next five years living there. The Parkers’ were truly an army family now. During their life in Germany, Chase’s younger sister, Mary, was born.
After those five years in Germany, they were off to Australia for a few months. This was by far Chase’s favorite place to live. They didn’t stay very long, only about two years. After Australia it was back to the states, Hawaii to be exact. This was where they lived for about the next four years. It was so beautiful their but still wasn’t as great as Australia in Chase’s eyes. Soon before Chase started high school they were relocated back into the continuous United States. Chase’s life has involved meeting new people every few years or so and adjusting to new environments all the time. However, he feels it’s a blessing to be able to live in such different places. He loves being an Army Brat.
Chase had made so many lifelong friends here at his high school. Right before leaving on this trip, however, some news came from his father’s boss. At the end of the summer Chase would be moving once again. This time the destination was Great Britain. It crushed Chase to hear that word “moving” again. The friends he has made here will be the hardest to say goodbye to. It was hard to believe he wouldn't be spending his Senior year with his best friends but a group of strangers in england. He only hopes that this trip of a lifetime will help him to leave his mark on his classmates until they meet again.

The sun was beating down hard on Florida today. They hadn't had rain for a week or two which defiantly didn't help the situation. Virginia Foster’s sleek black SUV slowly rolled down the road. She was headed to the barn, which is where you would normally find her every minute of her life. Virginia’s eyes drifted to the passenger window. A small road lay beyond the glass. She remembered when she would be making the turn onto it on her way to her old barn. She gave a rather large sigh as the driveway drifted from her sight. It was hard to adjust to a new stable; it was like moving to a new neighborhood.
Virginia’s eyes were shaded by her large black sunglasses. She was wearing tan breeches with her hunt boots. Her top was a very vibrant shade of purple. As her car continued to scoot along from intersection to intersection she felt the urge to stop at the general store a few blocks ahead. She concluded that riding Clyde, her buckskin gelding, could wait. She turned into the small parking lot and parked her SUV near the doors.
Honestly she needed nothing but she always liked to look around. As she approached the doors they automatically opened. The air inside was cool and was the perfect relief from the hot sun. As Virginia looked around it seemed as though the only other person in the store was the register clerk. The clerk quickly looked in her direction when he heard the doors open and then looked away.
Virginia walked down the first aisle and scanned the shelves for anything that caught her eye. Nothing. She walked back towards the register clerk and stood in front of the counter looking at the large variety of chocolate. After staring blankly for a few long moments Virginia picked up a Snickers and turned to face the aisles behind her. To her surprise she saw a rather familiar face. Oh what was her name? Virginia stood still and pondered for a moment. Jamie! That’s what her name was. With a bright smile on her face, Virginia walked over to the girl and said cheerfully, “Hey Jamie!”
